Renewals can be made either online or at the Club.

Renewals online

The preferred method of payment is using Online Bank Transfer. Please see the section below for guidance.

Online renewals can be made from Monday 5th January to Saturday 31st January 2026.

Renewals at the Office

If you are unable to renew online then you can renew at the Club.

Renewals at the Club can be made from Monday 5th January to Friday 30th January 2026.

During this time, the Office is open on Monday to Friday from 12pm to 1:45pm and Friday from 7pm to 8pm for renewals either by Card or by Cash - cards are preferable.

Members can collect their Membership Cards from the Bar when they have been processed.

Note: Any memberships renewed after the Renewal Date will be subject to a £5 late renewal fee.

Renewing for one person

Make a payment and include the Member Number (as seen on the Membership Card) and Surname into the Payment Reference so that we can match the details with our records.

Renewing for more than one person

Make a payment and include the lead Member Number (as seen on the Membership Card) and MULTI into the Payment Reference so that we can match the details with our records. Then, use the form on this page to list the Names and Member Numbers of those renewed once payment has been made

All Membership Cards will then be prepared and available for collection from the Bar.

NOTE: Members with Temporary Membership Cards will be able to collect their new Membership Card from the Bar from Monday 5 January 2026.
